			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Willy Wonka is all ready to make an appearance in Big Sky, MO this July and youngsters are guaranteed to love it. The show is going to be put on by the Big Sky Broadway and directed by John Zirkle. The director and the cast hope to repeat the fantastic success that their last performance enjoyed. In 2010, Zirkle directed the Singing Camp under the Big Sky Broadway banner. It was a Broadway Revue of show tunes. The proceeds raised by way of this show were used for a local fundraiser.</p>
<p> The Willy Wonka Production</p>
<p> According to a <a href="http://www.lonepeaklookout.com/news/article_d6cc4378-9d17-11e0-937d-001cc4c03286.html">Lone Peak Lookout report</a>, the upcoming Willy Wonka show is a a great deal more ambitious project than the prior one. The actual show will premiere on July 1st. The star cast features 24 children among which there are several who haven’t even completed second grade of school. It has been a challenging task indeed for the director to get the rehearsals going as per schedule with this many energised youngsters on the sets. Director Zirkle considers that the youngsters are a key part of the show simply because personify the fun and spirit of the well loved story beautifully. He says that this will certainly be a fun filled show for a youthful audience who will appreciate the adventure as well as silliness that this tremendously imaginative story has to offer. The show opens in the Big Sky Yellowstone Conference Center. During the show, La Chatelaine Chocolat company representatives will be selling special chocolate bars, 5 of which will have golden tickets which will get the locator a box of chocolates free of charge.</p>

<p> Infrastructure support for the production has come in from Camp Big Sky, while several members of the Big Sky Community Chorus have pitched in to make the show financially achievable. Financial backing also came in from other community members. The Big Sky resort has donated the space for the show. Big Sky Blooms are going to be doing its part for the production house by selling bouquets during the show. One half of the proceeds of all sales is going to Big Sky Broadway. Ticket sales for the show have been quite good so far leading to hopes that the production house has indeed picked a winning show that time as well.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Over one thousand luminaries illuminate your path through Historic Augusta, MO the first two Friday evenings of December from five to ten PM.  The winter attraction has more than a 25 year heritage and has evolved into a ritual for the entire community to host.  A free Trolley service will carry you across town to tour the many shopkeepers and antique shops, wineries and brewers, cafes and food stands, discover unique artwork including hand-blown glass, crafts, and jewelry, just a few of <a href="http://www.missouribeautiful.com/northeast-missouri-tourism/">northeast Missouri tourism attractions</a>.</p>
<p> The local churches can help move you into the holiday cheer with Christmas caroling and invite you to sing along or simply relax in the church sanctuary with a giant Christmas tree.  The town square can boost your holiday cheer with a horse drawn sleigh ride around the center of town, a toasty bon fire with Chestnuts roasting and marshmallows toasting, and Santa Claus waiting to listen to you Christmas wish-list.</p>
