Magic Card Trick-Watch Your Card Magically Change Color
Practice doing this card trick and you will get better at it and it will become easy. Want to leave your friends scratching their temples amazed at how you pulled off a trick? Then practice and it will become second nature to you and do not stress it is always awkward when a trick is new.
Things you will need to perform your color change trick:
Two decks of cards will be needed and they have to be the same size, they also must have different colors on the back for instance one with a blue back and one with a red back. Pick out five cards from each deck it will not matter which cards you pull out.
Begin with this:
What you do is group together different cards until you have one red then one blue and so on making five pairs of opposite cards. Without showing the backs of the cards, fan out the face up cards and show your audience. An audience member now has to select one of the cards in your hand by pointing to it. You then causally drop the chosen card from your hand onto the table face up by separating the cards at the chosen one. The cards that come before the chosen card will be in your right hand and the rest will remain in your left hand. While you have dropped the selected card onto the table no one will be paying attention to your hands so that is when you can put the right hand cards under the cards in your left hand. People can see the front of the cards only, so take care when handling them.
The next phase:
Now comes the artful part of the trick. Convincing your spectators that all the cards have the same color on their backs is what you must do. To create this illusion, after you have moved the right hand cards behind the left hand cards, make sure all the cards are tightly stacked. All the cards are still up facing. Turn the card at the top of the pile over revealing the back of it. Now you can proclaim, “All cards have the same backing color.” Show them the back of the pile of cards in your left hand also have the same color on the back. Ask them if they believe that their card has changed color and place both the top card and those in your left hand in separate bunches in front of them.
If the cards you showed were red on the back when you turned them over, then you can tell the audience the chosen card has changed color and is now blue on the back. Turn it over for the amazing reveal. Surprisingly the card has been changed, the color is no longer the same as it was. Spectacular!

With great practice this trick will bring joy to your friends. It is all about keeping the stacks closed so the different colors are not revealed. The back color of the card depends on the audience, it is whichever one they choose. The card they choose will not matter. When the right hand cards were put behind the left hand cards you reassigned the order.
